Reuven Kosakoff  Biography

Mr. Kosakoff was a composer of Jewish liturgical music. His compositions were performed by the New York Philharmonic Orchestra and the Pittsburgh, Detroit and New Haven Symphony Orchestras. He also wrote extensively for pupils of the piano.

He was born in New Haven and was a graduate of Yale University Music School and of the Institute of Musical Art, the predecessor of the Juilliard School of Music.
